Required competencies

The consultant should have competencies and experiences in the following areas: 

·         Have an academic level of English and Mongolian
·         5 or more years of experience in psychological counselling
·         Work or study experience in peer support implementing countries (Canada, UK and US will be preferred)
·         Experience in developing guidelines for professionals
·         Ability to organize training for professional psychologists
·         Be able to come and work in Darkhan-Uul Province during the planned and scheduled project period
·         Effective communication skills, both verbal and written 
 

 Application Submission
Interested consultants are required to submit an application letter with the following documents:

·         Expression of Interest (EOI),

·         Consultancy plan, which include activity, budget plan, method or approaches, and CV of consultant and team members who will involve in this assignment,

·         Other relevant documents.

Shortlisted consultants will be invited to GN Mongolia’s Head Office to do presentation on the proposed action plan. Further information on this presentation will be informed in a separate invitation letter.
